Replacing roofing….

Every month we try to replace a few thatched roofs of vulnerable families at risk and during October Efelo’s was one of those reconstructed.

She and her 3 children—aged 18m to 12 years—managed to scramble to safety as their house burnt during night hours, but they lost everything, including the roof.  So we replaced it (see below) and also helped with buying school uniforms (or the children couldn't continue at school), and exercise books.
